1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“Minnya”, “we”, “us”) for your use of Minnya at app.minnya.com. By creating an account you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and use Minnya for your own channel or one you’re authorised to manage. Keep your sign-in details secure; you’re responsible for activity in your account.
3. What Minnya does
Minnya brings in comments from the YouTube channel you connect, prepares suggested replies from the content you add, posts the replies you approve, and runs a public chat that answers questions from the content you choose to share. We may improve or change features over time.
4. Plans and AI uses
Minnya is available on paid plans, each with a monthly allowance of AI uses and limits on storage, sources and transcription, as shown on minnya.com. One AI use is one drafted reply or one chat answer. Allowances reset each month and unused uses don’t carry over. When the allowance runs out, new drafts and chat answers pause until it resets; you can still read comments and write replies yourself.
During early access we activate plans ourselves and take no payment. When paid checkout opens, the price, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before you subscribe.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add to Minnya. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it, including to our AI and hosting providers, only as needed to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the rights to the content you add, including any audio or video you upload.
6. Replies you approve
Minnya suggests; you decide. A reply is posted only after you approve its exact text, and you’re responsible for the replies you approve and post. Suggestions come from AI and can be wrong or incomplete, so read each one before approving it.
7. Your public chat
You choose whether your Minnya chat is live and which content it may quote. It identifies itself as an AI assistant and can make mistakes. It isn’t a source of medical, legal or financial advice, and you’re responsible for the content you share through it.
8. YouTube
Connecting YouTube means you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and must follow YouTube’s rules when replying. Minnya is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube. You can disconnect at any time.
9. Acceptable use
Don’t use Minnya to:
- post spam, harassment or unlawful content, or impersonate anyone;
- break the rules of YouTube or any other platform;
- probe, overload or get around the security or limits of the service, or access other creators’ data;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service at risk.
10. Availability
We work to keep Minnya running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable. We may pause syncing, drafting, chat or posting to protect the service or its users.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you’re a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using Minnya and delete your account at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. Deleting your account deletes your workspace and its data as described in our privacy policy. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
13. Changes and law
We’ll tell you about significant changes to these terms before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
